A Belgian EU Presidency conference
The organisation made block reservations in eight hotels in the centre of Brussels, near the conference venue and available during the SET-Plan conference 2010.
Rooms are available upon a first come, first served basis. Early reservation is highly recommended as the amount of rooms is limited and Brussels is very crowded during the Belgian EU-presidency.
Rooms must be booked individually. Payments for all room bookings are to be settled with the hotels directly upon departure. Valid credit card details must be given when making your booking request in order to guarantee and secure your reservation.
The deadline for hotel booking is different for each hotel and is indicated in the hotel information below. After this cut off date the availability and the quoted rates will not be guaranteed any longer.
